Summvio B.V. began with a simple observation: families in The Hague were stressed about planning celebrations. They'd juggle multiple vendors, struggle with budgets, and still end up disappointed. We knew there had to be a better way.
The Early Days
When we started, we focused on birthday parties for kids aged 6-12. We handled everything — decorations, entertainment, food coordination. Parents loved having one person they could trust instead of managing five different vendors. Within our first year, we'd planned over 150 parties. Word spread fast.
Expanding Our Expertise
By 2020, clients were asking us to handle adult celebrations, milestone parties, and corporate events. We don't just say yes to everything — we're selective about what we take on. That's why we've built such strong relationships. We've expanded to cover teenagers' parties, anniversary celebrations, and intimate corporate gatherings without losing the personal touch that makes us different.

We're not some faceless agency. You'll work with the same person throughout your planning process. Our team includes event coordinators, creative designers, and logistics specialists. Most of us have been here since the beginning. We've learned what actually works and what's just hype.
